Vibration Controller

The windows version Controller provides flexibility to do controlled testing on both electromagnetic and hydraulic type vibrators by use of DSP technology intelligent board interfaced with standard PC. The user friendly Windows environment allow quick and easy test set up, operation, monitoring and documentation.

The real-time architecture of Digital Signal processor provides large dynamic range and handles the control loop independent of the PC processor - giving fast loop time with enhanced safety. While performance and versatility is good for research labs, easy operation and automation features make it excellent for industrial use also.

The control hardware automatically stores data during the test at programmed intervals. Test data can be stored as hard copy for offline analysis also and Online data can also be printed out during the test.

The offline software provides a convenient way for offline analysis of test. If enables the user to view from the dumped data, the system response at a particular frequency and time.

The controller has built in feature to pretest the power amplifier gain against the vibrator electrical characteristics.

An automatic log file is created for all the tests which stores information about the test mode, total test data, cumulative test duration, frequency, number of cycles, cumulative number of cycles, start and stop time etc.
