Digital Vibration Controller
The Digital Vibration Controller based on Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology and capable to download vibration test applications from the host PC. PC is capable to handle relevant software for Sine, Random, Sine on Random, Shock etc.
The user friendly Windows environment allows quick and easy test set up, operation, monitoring and documentation. While performance and versatility is good for research labs, easy operation and automation features make it excellent for industrial use also.
The vibration control and analysis system is used for measurement, analysis, and closed loop control of random, sine, shock, as well as expansion to more complex control methods such as Shock Synthesis, Sine-on-Random, Random-on-Random, Sine and Random on Random, and Time domain waveform. The system shall be based on Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and digital signal analysis algorithms. The system shall be capable of simultaneously acquiring and controlling vibration data.
The controller shall consist of an industry standard workstation computer and 4 to 16 Channel Controller having all simultaneous inputs and shaker control application software for general system use and vibration analysis applications.
