Hi- range Systems
    4000 Kgf to 8500 Kgf
The Hi-range vibrators are designed for tests of large and heavy specimens at high levels of acceleration for product qualification, reliability, acceptance and production stress screening applications.

The mirror imaged magnetic structure provides extreme concentrated flux in the force generating area and keeps stray field minimum at the top of armature. The system incorporates linear bearing which restrain and guide the body motion in the trust axis.

The low natural frequency of this body suspension system virtually eliminates the need for large reaction masses for most applications.90o rotation of the Vibrator body is facilitated on the Trunion assembly to integrate with the slip table. The pneumatic isolation system suspends the body on air springs located on trunions.

Force is measured in peak value for Sine operation and in RMS for Random operation on payload equal to twice of armature mass. Frequency range of operation is controlled when operating from the Digital Vibration Controller. Vibrator’s armature is of cast magnesium alloy with a web like structure
when looking from inside.

The Hi rating power modules are designed upon multilayerd power flow technology to drive Hi-range electromagnetic Vibrators. The Amplifiers feature an integrated field power supply and the microelectronics based interlocks are displayed on user friendly interactive front soft-touch alphanumeric display panel.

The amplifier has synchronised loss protection facility to have a smooth shut-down in the event of power failure and has event management system based upon microprocessor user interface which also looks after the fault diagnosis of the complete system.

Self contained rack compatible power modules are stacked over each other, use independent cooling fans and deliver greater than 90% efficiency with capability to handle peak current in Random operations.

The power to energise Vibrator electromagnet i.e. the field power designed with solid state electronics is generated in the main amplifier rack console itself for easy handling and vibrator interface.

Amplifier’s direct coupled design with LC filters inside the rack console take care of the non linear behavior of armature in the full frequency band, eliminating the maintenance & safety hassles of matching output transformer design.
