Sine Random Vibration Controller

Aronhurley construct and wholesale vibration controllers for electrodynamic and hydraulic shaker systems. These vibration controllers are based up on DSP (Digital Signal Processor). The Windows Version Vibrators are integrated with PC and execute all Sine, Random, Shock, and Sine on –Random Tests.

 

User friendly windows based Sine Vibration controller having 12 V (peak to peak) Servo signal output in Sine Tests and Random Vibration Controller having 20 V (peak to peak) signal output in Random Tests.

The vibration controllers are customized to bring you the most superior and complete range of vibration test solutions in grouping with our amplifiers and shakers. These systems are used for vibration testing in all segments of industry from airborne & space equipment, over automobile & automotive components, field equipment and to consumer electronics.


An automatic log file is created for all the tests which stores information about the test mode, total test data, cumulative test duration, frequency, number of cycles, cumulative number of cycles, start and stop time etc.

Random True Gaussian signal with 80 db control, 100 msec loop time, frequency range 5 Hz to 4000 Hz.
Classical Shock Library of shock pulse shapes is available to the user as explained ahead in the specifications.
Channel Inputs 4 nos for Charge input (pC/g type from any standard piezo-electric accelerometer) Additional Channels optional.
Servo Signal Output 12 V (peak to peak) in Sine Test, 20 V (peak to peak) in Random Test
Calibration Signal Output For calibration of Controller the procedure is provided in operating Manual.
Front Panel Terminals µ dot – Charge I/P (4 input terminals) BNC output terminal – Calibration signal, BNC output terminal – Servo signal
Back Panel Terminals DSP intelligent board interface. ON/ OFF switch for mains input supply.
Power Supply Input Single Phase 220V ±10% AC Mains, 50 Hz (or 60 Hz selection)
